Practice and analysis on energy retrofitting of existing public buildings in North China

According to the energy retrofitting project of 2# experimental building in Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, measures the energy consumption data before and after energy retrofitting, analyses the energy saving measures of the existing public buildings in North China, which providing the reference for energy retrofitting of existing public buildings in North China.
